How often does emetophobia affect your life?

It depends on what's going on in my life, my son is home on school holidays at the mo, it's summer, we are doing fun things so my emet isn't bothering me so I'd say rarely. When school starts up again it will bother me once twice a week if he doesn't eat all his dinner or is acting 'off'. At some point during the winter a sv will do the rounds at school and a note will come home telling me that children have been absent with d&v and to please keep my child away from school for 48 hours if he catches it, when I get that letter my phobia goes into overdrive and it will affect every decision I make. It's a really shitty way to live, I f***ing hate this phobia!!!!
