Ill and fed up

Most of the day Ive felt off. Had a headache and nausea. Over the past couple of hours I've progressively felt worse. Im cold but my face is on fire. My cheeks are very red and my skin feels hot to touch. Im also dizzy. I havent got any cold symptoms so cant figure out why I've got a temp. Now my heart is racing and I feel shaky -probably due to anxiety. All in all I feel crap

Sorry you're feeling so unwell. There is a bug that has been around here for months now causing the same symptoms (but no V), maybe it's that?

Could be a little sinus infection type thing. I know when I have had them it makes my face feel hot like that and gives me a headache. Some I bet is also anxiety. But you may have a mild something. Feel better soon!
