    Default Quick Question- brown herbs?

Today I made a recipe that called for fresh mint leaves. I chopped them up and then noticed that some of them were a little brown. I tried to pick out all the brown pieces, but it was impossible to get them all. They should still be safe to eat, right? They weren't slimy or moldy or anything, just a little brown.

Yeah. that just means they were "dried" or started to die. Leaves like that are so natural that even the brown would be fine!
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.
