Hey I'm not doing very well tonight. I feel nauseated. I know it could
be any number of things...I drank two cups of tea and I don't usually
so it could just be from that, and I'm tired which never helps.

My lower back also hurts so I'm scared I have a kidney infection or
something, and v*ing is a symptom of that. The pain could be from my
bed at the dorm I suppose because it isn't very comfortable but it
feels more like it's deep inside me then that it's a muscle pain.

    I just....I don't know. I'm just plain scared.

I feel like all I ever do here is whine about my problems, but where
else would I find people who would be understanding about this at 11:30
    at night?

It's been over 2 hours since I started feeling bad so surely if I was
going to be sick I would have by now, right? Do you think I'm safe?

I think you will be ok. Try not to think about it as much. Maybe you just feel worse b.c. your panicking about it? I know..I get the same way. But now I just try to relax and not think about it and it usually goes away. Try reading something or watch something interesting ontv

Aw. Just try to chill out, chica, I know EXACTLY how you feel - I always freak out when I get any sort of strange twinges or pains. Muscle pain is the cause of alot of my freakouts - it could be your bed, or posture, or anything. It certainly doesn't sound like its anything serious...so try to calm down. Take some deep breaths - writing out your worries also helps.

I always feel really gross if I drink too much tea as well, lol. Both my parents are from the UK, so the kettle is never cold in our house. I'm sure you're fine!

Quote un-quote, tea (particuarly white tea) can be beneficial to your health. (they're still conducting studies on this, but from hear say)... so maybe that will make you feel a little better. I also wanted to say that mandi is totally right. Panick (and focusing on your bodies changes when you begin to panick) will donothing more than aggravate the situation. We know how you're feeling. Let us know later how you're doing, okay hun?
Friendship is like pee in your pants.... everyone can see it.... but only YOU can feel it\'s true warmth...

Thanks for your responses guys. I'm feeling a lot better right now, so that's a nice change.

My father is from the UK as well so there's always tea at my house too, including white tea.

I know that there's a lot of health benefits from the bioflavoniods in
tea, but I also know that the caffine in it can irritate the stomach so
I've been avoiding it whenever I don't feel well.
