so damn scared right now
It's almost 2am where I am, I went out to dinner today around 8pm and had spaghetti. Just noodles and sauce with some cheese but no meat. I think I ate too much and have felt off ever since. I'm in bed in my dorm now and my stomach feels so weird and I'm definitely nauseous, and what scares me is the fact that the feeling is coming and going in waves. I'm panicking so much right now and I need to know that it's not going to happen...
