So I apparently now will get excruciating intestinal spasms every 2-3 weeks or so. As with the other 2 cases, the portion in which my intestines were in pain, stay distressed with... normal pain. Eating causes real pain in my stomach and/or in the location of the spasms. Anything I can do to alleviate the symptoms? The cause is from IBS-C (constipation). Don't exactly know what I can take to help the constipation side without it draining my sanity thanks to stomach rumbles, but I can talk to my doctor if anybody can bring up what helps them.

Changing my diet kinda shuts me down. When I tried to switch to water instead of other liquids, I ended up sick (not emetic).
