So some of you know I struggle with severe PTSD when i have my nightmares it takes me so long to snap out of it. last night sucked between both my kids having colds and my fiance getting in and out of bed then I finally fell asleep at 2 and I went from having dreams of having a baby to having my flashback dreams. I woke up nauseated and scared. Also started my period yesterday. Supposed to go out to some yardsales today and now I feel like my day is ruined. Hate this so much

Go to your yard sales! they always make me feel better. And I'm sorry you are feeling this way, I know how rough it is to not get good sleep. But just know its a dream and its not real
