Default Does closing your eyes help with dizziness?

Had a huge dizzy spell and i thought I would faint. I closed my eyes because I hate the look of disorientation but, it kinda helped. My head is a little heavy now -- especially around the base of my neck and sinus areas -- but for the dizziness, it is MUCH less pronounce.

Sorry you're having dizziness it sucks! I have a major problem with it too and although I've never vomited from it I think in almost as scared of being dizzy as being sick. I don't find closing my eyes helps and if I'm feeling off balance for example in the shower even closing them for a second makes me feel like in going to fall over! Glad you've found something that makes you feel better though!

Usually you get dizzy from a lack of nutrients. Have you eaten anything recently, or drank anything?
