so i started getting a cold yesterday (feels like a frog in my throat or a bunch of mucus is stuck at the back top of my throat) took some decongestent and I woke up this am and had a bowel movement that smelled awful (TMI SORRY) and I am so nauseated my heart keeps pounding. I also took a phenergan. Is this just from the cold? This blows, I just got over a cold it seems. I am not leaving my house the rest of the fall/winter

Try to get some OTC cold/flu medication and take it as needed or per directions. Colds can mess your body up, i wouldn't think its anything more then that I think you'll be ok!
