Today I was so mad at emtophobia that I went out side and started to make myself v* I didn't get far but I started to g*g. Then it all hit me what I was doing. Although I am still surprised that I had the guts to do that. Let's hope this will keep my mind off of it for a while.

Were you trying to make yourself v* because you were sick? Or just to see if you could? I wouldn't recommend making yourself v for no reason, that's not healthy!

If you truly want to make yourself vomit in a safe manor, get some ipecac. Sometimes when I feel brave I think about doing it just to do it, and see that its okay.

I am always feeling sick although I feel like I have to because it has been so long.
