Sounds like reflux to me. And anxiety. Anxiety can make you have weird sensations in you throat too. Hope it's better now. Btw reflux can make you n but from my experience doesn't make you v.

Not nice but v unlikely to make you v. If you have any mints or mint yea that's really good for trapped wind and also really calming!

OMG. I get the exact feeling! I have been diagnosed with a weak LES (basically acid reflux) and I get this sensation a LOT. It is SO much worse when I am anxious and we all know that our stomach produces more acid when you're nervous/anxious. I am anxious now because I am meeting a special someone tomorrow... or rather today since it's 2 AM now, lol.

I can reassure you. I have acid reflux pretty damn bad, although, very oddly, my endoscopy results showed that I have no scarring, ulcers, or anything, but I have never, ever v* from it. Anxiety makes it 1000000x worse and I know how difficult it is to calm down once you feel that way. I asked my specialist why my acid reflux is so 'bad' and of course, he asked me if I am stressed/anxious daily. Best way to cope with it - in my opinion - is to distract yourself. I draw, watch funny YouTube videos, go for a walk, anything that will take my mind off questioning myself if I am going to v* or not.

I really hope you get better soon, though. Please keep us posted.
