Help me please

I can't do this anymore!!!!! I am so angry! We are on vacation me my husband and our two daughters. I was completely fine, fell asleep with my four month old woke up to brush my teeth and put her in her bed and I am so sick!!! Shaking uncontrollably, my husband is getting mad. I can't do this. It has been feeling like this for 20 min. Would I have thrown up by now? I am so scared and I feel alone and helpless I need someone to comfort me really bad right now
