    Default Antibodies after being ill?

Early Thursday morning I woke up very ill. I felt nauseous and ended up with D like I've never had before. I had panic attacks inbetween because I'm terrified of TU. In the end I almost did but thankfully recovered after a few hours. The rest of the day was followed by aches and pains and extreme dehydration.

I am just starting to feel like myself again only this afternoon my mum (I live with my parents) has come down with it. I started freaking out thinking I'm going to catch it again off her although I know logically I will have developed antibodies to fight off whatever virus it was? Its only been 2 days.

I texted my partner to ask her and she Googled it. She says I can catch it again. I'm now being very OCD and using antibacterial gel all the time.

Am I able to catch it again so soon?
