Help I'm scared!!!!

I was fine all night and within the last hour I became very nauseated. I took a zofran, but it's not helping and I'm feeling all hot and flushed and my mouth feels funny and I feel like I'm going to have diarrhea and v*! I'm so scared!!!! I don't want to get sick! Is it anxiety? I was watching the news with my husband and when I even think about what we were watching, it makes me even more sick to my stomach.

Were you watching something a bit disturbing? Could that have triggers the nausea/anxiety?
