How often do you wash your hands?

seriously 25+ times a day. good, after bathroom, cleaning, putting stuff in trash, etc.

I wash my hands:

- After picking up anything from the floor
- Before and after touching my face (so lots of times during face cream and make-up application)
- Every time my hands get sticky (so after put hair serum and face serum on, after brushing my teeth, after putting ketchup on my plate)
- After touching packets that have come from the supermarket (because the shop-keeper/workers might have norovirus on their hands)
- After getting in from outside (to avoid contracting infections from any shop/business door handles, or bacteria from my shoes)
- After handling pets
- After touching the rubbish bin (trash can)
- Before preparing food/drink
- Before eating/drinking (which I do a lot!!)
- After handling something that gets handled a lot by other people (e.g. TV control, laptop, books, magazines)
- After handling dirty laundry (which is covered in bacteria and might have viral particles on it)
- After helping/hugging my Gran who has continence issues
- Before taking any painkillers/meds
... list goes on, but 100+ times a day!
