People can get sick from mouth to mouth contact, since you get their germs.

Is it possible? Yes. In order to contract the virus from the lips of an infected individual, said person must have infected vomitus/fecal matter on their lips, which, I hope you wouldn't kiss your spouse after they vomit.

If an unsick person touches their lips after their hands have been contaminated, and then were to kiss you, yes, you could again catch is but... that I doubt is likely
