Freaking Out...So Much!

I'm honestly terrified right now. I was fine and I was laying in bed until all of a sudden I got nauseous and I'm scared now. I feel so sick and I'm hot and I can't sleep and I'm afraid it's going to happen. There's post nasal drip in my throat that feels an awful lot like v***. Also, I'm burping and stuff a lot more and I just overall feel very weak and scared. I feel very scared and I also have a headache. Please help.
