nausea or indigestion?

So....I'm 32 weeks pregnant and have been feeling like my morning sickness has returned....but I can't tell if it's nausea or indigestion....I keep getting a gagging feeling....but I'm thinking that could be from the acid splashing up since my uterus is pushing up on my stomach? I don't really feel "sick" had a fainting episode randomly a few days ago...and since then, I've felt "off" maybe just my anxiety kicking in? Idk I feel hungry..but when I try to eat, it makes it worse....I don't have a burning sensation like as if it were heartburn....any guesses?

I'm no expert because I've never been pregnant, but it sounds more like indigestion to me than n*.
