Its going to happen! HELP!!!!!

I'm freaking out so bad right now. I can feel it creeping up my throat but I'm swallowing and it goes back down again but keeps coming back up. I am scared to death and can't cope with this anymore. It's not a bug because I have had this for years and some days it is worse than others but today it is too bad and just know it might happen. I ate some chips about an hour ago and I swear that is what is trying to come back up but I am holding it in. I don't have a bellyache or anything but it does feel a little off. Please help, I am so afraid!!!! I am shaking soooo badly and can't stop
