Default Why do some posts need approving?

I would like to know why some of my posts need to be approved from a moderator and some don't?

I just wrote a reply to a panic post and now the person won't be able to see the reply. There weren't any links in the post.

i have honestly never seen that on here before, hmm. You may search for that see if any old posts come up? That is weird… We don't have many active admins on here to really answer these types of questions…
If you try and tell me a phobia is unreal. I dare you to live a day, and feel what I have to feel.
