Coughing....Gagging

I have a really bad chest cold, it could be bronchitis, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to find out for sure but I'm coughing so hard that it is making my stomach hurt! On top of it all, I got my monthly friend so I'm extra crampy and feel worse. All the phlegm in my throat is making me feel sick to my stomach. All this coughing is making me gag and I'm starting to panic that I'm going to v*
I really am trying to not think about it and take some cough medicine to lessen the coughing but I'm still really anxious that the thing I fear most is going to happen.

What should I do?!?!

I had bad bronchitis and I didn't v* but I did cough up a lot of phlegm and would gag a lot. Hope you feel better soon
