Norovirus on phone??????? Help!!

Okay, so I'm constantly thinking norovirus is on my phone. It hasn't been with anyone sick, just me. I'm thinking that me touching all these door handles from school and the touching it and laying it on table that someone else has touched that my have had it ................... and then when I touch my phone and then my face, like my lips, I may get it!!! Help me please!!

I've already told you that you're phone is fine, which it totally is. Don't give into the temptation to constantly be cleaning it. Remind yourself of how many days you've used the phone and have been absolutely FINE. No sick person has touched the phone, nobody has v*ed on it, nobody has pooped on it. It's clean and safe to use. Relax. All is well.
