Posts needing approving

Hi, I'm noticing that every so often a post of mine will say it needs to be approved first. Why is this and when does it happen? It's not every time. I posted a reply to someone asking for my input on relaxation close to two days ago and it's still not there. I want to offer advice when I can and not have people think I'm ignoring them. Thanks!

I think it might be some type of bug in the system. When that happens, I usually just re type what I said.
