Help, I had to go to the hospital today for a friend and we went into a private room. In the area next to the room this man was throwing up loudly. I felt badly for him but I was panicking. I went to had to step out into the hallway and I saw him in this small area, was I exposed

So many reasons for V###@ in a hospital... medication. chemo, post surgerical.... I wouldn't assume SV

Exactly like ecasey said - people throw up from SO many things. Meds, chemo, appendix, food poisoning, etc. Not all are sv or contagious and you weren't next to him or touching things or putting your hands in your mouth. You are fine.
