I have a horrible headache but also want to tske gravol. Probably ginger gravol.

If it's ginger Gravol, absolutely. The ginger that Gravol produces is straight ginger root, as far as I know, and is non-medicated. I take it religiously to cope with my various digestive issues. This website is good for checking for drug interactions, and none are listed for acetaminophen (Tylenol) and Dramamine/Dimenhydrinate (Gravol): http://www.drugs.com/drug-interactio...462-11-12.html
