okay so I had been handling my bible last night and then in the middle of the night I had a dream where I actually picked my nose! and then again with my thumb!! weird but anyway im probably safe from getting a sv right? Like from my Bible?

Its possible, but I doubt it. Unless youve been around people who had sv, not washed your hands etc.

The chances are beyond slim. Have you talked to your parents about your anxiety? Being that it's been so high for so long I really think a bit of CBT would really help you. It has to be so debilitating to walk around thinking that there are particles on every surface, girl! Seriously, have a talk with mom or dad, be honest with them about your fears and see what you can do to get some therapy, nobody should live their life the way you are, I can't imagine!
