Does anyone know of any good books on EMDR, either from the client's or the therapist's perspective? My therapist is thinking of doing EMDR on me, and I've read through the links on this site, but being the bookworm that I am, I want more info!

    Thanks!

I'm a bookworm too, and actually read every book written by Francine Shapiro, who discovered EMDR. Pretty technique-y, though. But just check her books out on Amazon and see what you might like to pick up.
