it has to be your little brothers ear infection!!! seriously don't worry!

having an inner ear infection could make him v* anyway without the antibiotics and painkillers on an empty stomach!! definately not an sv, he's ill with something else. honest - don't worry!!!

Middle ear infections affect the balance, so if you stand up suddenly
then it makes you VERY dizzy and quite possibly v*! I know because
I suffer with labyrinthitis constantly - luckily though I have never v*d
from it but the doctor prescribed Stemetil (an anti emetic) to combat
the sickness associated with ear infections. Tell your brother to
stand up slowly and turn his head gently when he moves because it
may happen again if he is too quick.
    Laugh, quick, before you cry....

My neighbor was vomiting and really dizzy, so after a couple of days of doing this he thought maybe he had food poisoning or something. Turned out he had a middle ear infection, the off balance made him feel worse. I wouldnt worry about at all

I agree with what everyone is saying---DON'T WORRY---middle ear infections cause V*. I knew alot of people who had them, and most V*, due to the dizziness. You'll be fine.

i agree with what everyone above said, however i just wanted to add that a middle ear infection doesnt always make you v* so dont everyone get all anxious if they get an earache! It can make you v* but affects people differently. I have had them a few times and never v*, however my dad can v* alot from them, but he does suffer from very bad motion sickness too so maybe he is more prone to v* from it

Yeah it's just the ear infection. I've neved V*ed from an inner ear infection but I have gotten very dizzy from them. When I get really dizzy I just tend to lay down and wait for it to pass, I've never V*ed from dizzieness...but everyone is different. You'll be fine!

I'd bet money it's the ear infection.

Some of my worst childhood memories are of times when I had an ear
infection because it always made me v* several times, and for that
reason I am one of those people who panics when I have an earache.

Don't worry about a sv. Most likely it is the ear infection. I don't
know if you have any antiemetic medications but they always worked well
for when I had ear infections.
