so norovirus is going around at my school very bad. i need help on how to avoid it for sure

Wash your hands before eating - although tbh you touch so many surfaces between leaving the bathroom and sitting down to eat (door handles, chairs, condiments etc) that during a big outbreak i would eat things you can hold with a napkin like sandwiches.

Take your own food in or only eat things not prepared on-site.

Find a hand sanitiser containing benzalkonium chloride as that kills the norovirus and is useful for when you don't have access to washing facilities.

It's a horrible feeling when it is right on your doorstep, but in reality it is actually quite tricky to catch if you follow good hygiene guidelines.
