    Default Zofran dosage questions

    Hey all!
So I use Zofran somewhat regularly as I have GERD and IBS and it really helps with anxiety nausea too! However, I am always unsure of how much is okay to take? The most I have ever taken is two 4mg tablets within 2-3 hours. The only side effect I seem to get from it is constipation, however, after taking more than one I also get this very weird lump in the middle of my abdomen ( like the next morning). Am I using Zofran safely? The dosage suggestion on the leaflet is SO confusing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

Its different for everyone, but I suggest you phone your doc (or whoever prescribed it) and ask what their opinions are.

Mine are 8 mg tablets. I have daily chronic migraines, so my nausea is very severe many days. I would call your doc to see what frequency is desired for your circumstances.
