Default Nausea that just suddenly hits?

    Hi there

Just a quickie - does anyone else suddenly just get waves of nausea out of no-where? I have been getting this fairly often recently (and just now in fact)

It's like my stomach completely turns over

I get it too sometimes, my theory is that it's stress related (too much acid) I took Nexium for a few days the last time it was happening and it went away. Hope you feel better.

I get that too and it's horrible. Usually it's just because we are thinking about it in the back of our mind I think and then start to feel it. Most likely just anxiety. It's best to not let it go on too long so if it happens I try to immerse myself in conversation or do something instantly to take my mind off it before I worry too much about it. Feel better soon x
