Does anyone else experience chronic nausea on top of the phobia?

Yes. It tends to be anxiety nausea though, and once your anxiety levels come down so the nausea decreases too. It seems a bad joke that we end up with a symptom of possible vomiting due to worrying about vomiting :-/

I have two fold chronic nausea. I have endometriosis, polyps and adenomyosis which makes me chronically feel sick... But panicking about feeling sick makes me feel sicker

I feel the same now, but I haven't felt it for a while, I hate it.

I believe this could be related to a constant state of heightened anxiety.
