Anybody else have a weak esophagus? Want some support :(

The specialist said I had a weak esophagus after an endoscopy I had. I keep feeling sick and actually feel something come up - especially after eating and sometimes, straight after eating. When I force a burp, it often tastes like v* Is it v*, though? It's really scaring me. I don't know anybody else that has this issue. It's like nothing stays down at all on some days. I'm at wits end because nobody is taking me seriously. They just assume it's all in my head. Also, I feel worse tonight because I've had stomach pains and D* (this happens every month at some point now :/) so my anxiety levels are through the roof. I've tried calming down and playing some games but I still feel horrible. I keep telling myself that even if I do v* I will be OK and I won't die, but it doesn't help at ALL. I still panic like crazy and cry whenever I feel s*... I'm tired of life, tbh. I've not had a good day in years..

The v* taste is probably acid, and having acid reflux after eating is somewhat normal if you have a weak esophagus. Try anti acids after you've ate. Xx
