I'm new

Hi im new to this site.I am a sufferer of emetephobia an feel so alone as no one around me understands my phobia. My daughter was ill on Saturday so I've not dared to eat since.I am a mum of four two of whom are disabled and I need help my anxiety and phobia are controlling my whole life.
