Severe emetophobia

Hi I need people to talk to before I go totally insane.I suffer terrible with Emetephobia,anxiety.depression.its completely taken over my whole life.I'm a prisoner to it.the problem is it's affecting my children and there lives now I can't bear that.I have 4 kids.2 of whom are disabled one has half a heart an has already had 3 open heart ops and my little boy has down syndrome.so life is tough at times anyway.I feel so alone just need people talk to who understand.please help.thanks

Sounds like you've got a lot on your plate. Have you got any support at all? We all understand what it's like to have this horrible phobia. I used to think I was the only person in the world with it but there's so many of us. Have you had any professional help? CBT can really help some people. I wouldn't say it 'cured' me but it definitely helped.
