Hi folks, my boyfriends nan made a delish bolognese two weeks ago when he moved in our house and he froze it up until yesterday morning. It's been defrosting since then and tonight we cooked it on the pan. Tasted fine but well, I dont need to elaborate on defrosting worries do I. It's been sunny for two days straight and sat in the kitchen for 24-30 hours before we cooked it? Am I safe?
