Little remedy for PMS/PERIOD/indigestion n*
So folks, just in case you all suffer like I do quite frequently with PMS n* , and the bloaty n* we feel after eating too much .... My mum suggested lemon recently. My first thought -'are you crazy? MORE acid?! That's what I DONT want!' Butttt turns out it actually works a treat. Not sure if it eases the tummy or does something to the acid but sipping on ice cold water with one-four teaspoons of lemon juice really made my n* fizzle out. It also worked when I had the worst heartburn years ago...my mum is allergic to the chemicals that cause PMS(I don't quite get that...) But she swears by it most of the time.
