    Default What's The Risk?

I've been having some digestive issues and so I've been contemplating going to a GI doctor but I was wondering what anyone thinks the risk of catching a virus would be there? I refuse to go to my regular doctor anymore because every time I go either me or my mom gets s*. I don't feel like a GI doctor is somewhere where someone who is contagious with a sv* would be but I guess I'd just like some reassurance.

No, sick people (with a bug) don't go to the GI doc. Bugs have already been ruled out if someone goes to a specialist. Your chances are close to 0 of catching something there. Really the only doctor I worry at is our pediatrician and even there we've never caught anything!

I'v been to TONS of GI docs (and others) in the past few months and I haven't caught anything. Syrup is right, once you go to a specialist bugs have been ruled out already.
