I have a really upset system. I've had nothing but water d* this morning and I'm feeling sick. My stomach hurts so badly I can feel it. I had a few doses of the runs yesterday but it's really bad now and I'm so scared.

Hi, how are you feeling today? You could have had watery D* for any number of reasons and feeling s* for any number of reasons, and never ever be s*. You could just have a mild upset stomach, it will pass.
