Hey guys! Has anyone heard of or tried an app called "Icanbefree" ?? It's not free but they have a specific session for the fear of vomiting. It's a form of guided hypnotherapy and or meditation. The guys voice is soothing. I was really scared to try it but I was having a really bad panic attack tonight and was convinced I was going to be sick. I decided to start listening and it did help get my mind off my nausea and to control my breathing. Just thought I'd share!! I know everyone is different but I figure if it helps someone then woohoo!
