How are things now? You should try the chatroom if you are feeling anxiety and you need to talk to someone right away. Or maybe an online hotline for psychological crises, if it isn't emet related.
Try starting a private chat with any online user. Most will reply almost instantly - we're all very friendly here! If nobody is online, maybe try to engage one of your friends in a conversation?
