Please Please Help Me, Feeling so bad

I have been feeling off most of the day, not sure why. Just very tired and stomach was uncomfy. Well tonight I have started to feel really n*. I have had one bout of d* and a softish bm*. I have a slight sore throat but not sure why, also had some heartburn! Please help really scared I am gonna v*

can u drink some tea? do u have any meds that u take when u dont feel well? try apple cider vinegar mixed w water to kill the acid it always helps..

Gonna go get some sweet tea and a hot water bottle, not sure what is going on I dont have any apple cider vinegar. I took some ranitidine, nausea tablets and antidiarrheals so hopefully that will help

i bet u they help!! have u been around anyone whos been sick lately?? think about the odds and the chances of u actually having caught something. we panick ourselves over everything. u may just have to eat something or ate something that was too greasy or sugary. i hope u feel better soon!!

Sounds more like a cold virus type thing with the sore throat.

So I found that a friend has the same thing, slight temp, headache, sore throat, mild n* and lightheadedness. Seems like a virus is going around, really hope it doesnt lead to v*. Good thing is im hungry
