Exposure!!! :(

Ok. I am freaking out big time. My husband's brothers baby v* a few times the day after Halloween. Within a couple hours she was fine. No one else has been sick...well I told everyone to tell me when someone else shows signs because then I will know it is a virus...well I just now found out that now husband's little brother (baby's dad) has been having d* all morning and has now started v* I had no idea, have been using the bathroom and everything. I've washed my hands a couple times but I have anxiety and am a nail biter. Now I am totally convinced i have been exposed, which if you think about it I have. I'm so hungry and refuse to eat and have been crying and shaking. What do I do? I am so angry no one told Me! I would have went to my grandma's for a few days!!! What do I do??? Help
