How many days without emet?

Hallo!


I know there are some emets who lives with the emetophobia every day.....


Every day nausea!? Every day the fear to v*?! Every day Panic?!


The last 3 years i felt not so bad, butsince thelast week I´ve had an emet-relapse....now i feel sick nearly every day....


I hate this!


How often do you have an emet-attack or feel nausea orget panic????

Es tut mir Leid, wenn mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist... Ich lerne noch. Ich habe angst jeden Tag vor übergeben. Ich fühle mich nicht immer krank, aber ich mache mich immer Sorgen, daß ich übergeben werde. Es tut mir Leid, daß du so schlecht fühlst... Ich verstehe! Für viele Jahre war mein "emetophobia" nicht so schlimm, aber ist es seit 6 Monaten ganz schrecklich [img]smileys/smilies_06.gif[/img] Hoffentlich wirst du viele Hilfe hier finden... die Leute sind echt toll!

There is a time and all is great, I feel good......but suddenly....the fear and the "emomonster" come back to me!!!!!!

I have panic attacks almost every day, and everything I do is affected by my emet.

I would say 3 times a week I feel panicky about getting sick, wether it be a stomach ache from stress, or just being nauseas from anxiety.
