Don't know if I'm posting in the right place as I'm new to this but earlier I think i ate undercooked frozen garlic pizza.
It takes 12 minutes to do according to the packaging at gas mark 5.
I usually am very cautious about stuff like this and will bake this for 20 minutes or more but this time i did it for about 14 minutes but it was on the bottom shelf as something was already on the top. I stupidly still ate the pizza even though it was still pale (the crust was still pale but garlic and cheese had melted but not gone golden, literally only two pieces of cheese had gone a golden colour)

Now I'm worrying that it was undercooked and didn't reach the right temperature (as by time i cut it and put it on my plate it was only luke warm) to kill any bacteria/contamination from the factory processes etc so I'm scared about the possibility of food poisoning...

sigh.
