Whenever I eat, I can't eat too much or get the feeling like I'm too full, it sets off my anxiety so much. I feel like this is a big trigger for me, and eating in general for my phobia. Anyone else have this? Thanks.

Yes I definitely have this. Sometimes I will feel really hungry but when I eat I start to feel extremely full only after like 5 minutes or not eating very much. Because eating can trigger my phobia I try not to eat or eat very little at school, with friends, at events and at restaurants. In my mind it's like the less I eat the less food that's in me to v up if I were to get sick. It can be very difficult because people question why I'm not eating a lot when I'm out and I'm scared that they think I have some sort of eating disorder or that I'm trying to lose weight, which I'm definitely not.
