Because I'm okay with writing it, but I was just wondering if there is
anyone here who really can't write it (just for future reference so I
can be sensitive to your needs )

I can write it, say, and see it printed. I just cannot stand the actual act of it by myself or by anyone else.

Doesn't bother me...I almost never abbreviate it anymore because i don't think it bugs anyone on here.

I can read it, write it, and see it in all forms...every slang they have for it I know. It doesn't bother me one I-OTA.

Yeah, I'm fine with it! The only one of my friends that knows about my phobia thinks I'm scared of the word - if it comes up in conversation she'll keep looking at me nervously, like I'm going to have a panic attack. Luckily my emet has never been at that stage.

So yeah...its only me actually doing it that i'm petrified of!

Yeah, seeing the word or slangs of the word don't bother me, nor does saying them or hearing them. Just the act, and the act of others around me.

I only abbreviate here b/c it seemed like everyone was, so I figured that some ppl couldn't handle it.

It doesn't bother me at all either, I only abbreviate because so many others seem to and just in case it does offend/panic anyone. But sometimes I get confused about why people abbreviate other things such as diarrhoea - are there some people here that feel anxious seeing this written too? Or maybe it's because it's difficult to spell
