I ate a shitload of bbq potato chips with sour cream last night, nearly half a bag, and about 10 chips ahoy cookies. you have permission to judge me
My concerns are, 1. I don't remember washing my hands, but that obviously doesn't mean i didn't.
2. I was super hungry when i woke up, ate something and haven't been hungry since. I ate around 3pm and its like 10pm here now. I ate about half of a microwavable meal and started getting anxiety halfway thru because i was already getting full.
So my question i suppose is, does anyone eat so much the night before that it basically sustains them throughout the rest of the next day?
