Please, please help me! I think this is it, and I'm so scared

hi i recently turned 15, and i've been an emet since 8 due to a sv*. I've been feeling a little queasy all day. But about half an hour ago I woke up from a really short nap feeling really really nauseous. I feel so bloated and awful right now. I've taken some stomach calming meds but they haven't helped and I'm absolutely terrified that this is going to be a sv*. I'm passing stool okay though I suppose it's a little runny?? (I'm so sorry, TMI i know) but god, I'm just so scared right now. I need some help and reassurnce fast, my family won't be back for hours. I don't know what to do anymore...
