I have to be in a house tomorrow with people that have been sick plus I've been getting n* lately most likely due to anxiety. I currently take Bonine on an almost daily occurrence. If I do catch the sv how to I prevent v* also how to I prevent v* in general?

Thanks! Also it was food poisoning although knowing that didn't make me feel better. I have been using latex gloves, hydrogen peroxide and disinfectant. I'm washing my hand about 50 times a day. I think I'm taking it to the extreme even for the phobia!
